General Maintenance Worker

Performs general repairs, including repairing walls, painting, and repairing doors and other building fixtures. Performs routine maintenance on building systems. Cleans and assists with the upkeep of the facilities. Conducts guestroom maintenance repair work. Duties involve assisting specialty workers with routine plumbing; insulating; welding; carpentry; repairing electrical or mechanical equipment; installing, aligning, and balancing new equipment; and other building maintenance work.
