Maintenance Manager

Responsible for assisting in the overall management of the Maintenance Department and the overall supervision of the maintenance staff. Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in general maintenance of the hotel including, but not limited to electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and locks. Plans a work schedule to maintain safe and healthy condition of company property in order to achieve the best working condition possible for all employees.
