Steward

Responsible for washing dishes, flatware, cutlery, kitchen vessels, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning and detailing equipment. Ensures kitchen and restaurants are adequately supplied with operational dishware. Maintains the scullery, and back area in an inspection-ready condition in accordance with local sanitation regulations and hotel guidelines. Follows all rules and procedures in the handling of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
